Terms of Service

By using Datario, you agree to the Terms applicable to your use of the service. General Terms and Privacy acceptance may be handled during signup when account functionality is implemented.

Datario provides automated data cleaning, validation, quality analysis, duplicate detection, structured extraction, scoring, review, and export functionality for supported data. Supported formats currently include CSV, XLSX, structured DOCX tables, and machine-readable structured PDF. Arbitrary documents and image-only files are not supported.

When authentication is enabled, users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, activity through their accounts, and providing accurate account information where required.

You may upload or process only data you have permission or lawful authority to use.

• Do not upload unlawfully obtained data or violate third-party rights.
• Do not misuse or interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse processing resources.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data. Uploading data does not transfer ownership to Walfia.ai. You grant Datario and Walfia.ai only the rights reasonably necessary to process submitted data and provide the service you request.

Datario’s proprietary software, interface, branding, documentation, workflows, and proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Walfia.ai, subject to third-party and open-source rights. Walfia.ai does not claim ownership of third-party libraries.

Automated cleaning may not detect every issue, and Datario may not know organization-specific business rules. Uncertain values may be flagged rather than corrected. You must review results before important use.

Datario output is a data-processing aid, not legal, accounting, regulatory, medical, or other professional advice.

Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, malformed files, third-party services, infrastructure issues, or technical limitations. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis and Walfia.ai does not guarantee that every error, anomaly, duplicate, or business-rule violation will be identified.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Walfia.ai’s liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, unlawful use, security risk, repeated payment failure, or violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any final commercial agreement.

Datario and these Terms may be updated. The current published version will apply as permitted by applicable law.
