1. Information Datario May Process
Datario may process uploaded files, file metadata, processing or job metadata, usage information, and service logs needed to provide and operate the current service. When account functionality is enabled, this may also include account information such as a name or email. When paid subscriptions are enabled, billing-related identifiers supplied by payment providers may also be processed.
2. Why Information Is Processed
Information may be used to provide requested cleaning services, operate and secure the service, troubleshoot errors, and manage usage limits. When relevant features are enabled, it may also be used to authenticate users, maintain user history, and administer subscriptions.
3. Customer-Uploaded Data
Account and service data concerns use of Datario. Customer-uploaded data may contain separate business or personal information selected by the customer. Uploaded datasets are processed to provide the customer’s requested service; users retain ownership of their uploaded data.
4. User Responsibility
Customers must ensure they have appropriate rights or authority to submit personal, confidential, or other protected information.
5. Data Retention
Retention periods depend on the type of data and the configuration of the service. Generated run artifacts become eligible for periodic cleanup after approximately 24 hours.
6. Deletion
Deletion behavior follows the production retention and configuration policy. This policy does not promise immediate deletion or secure erasure on a particular schedule.
7. Service Providers and Subprocessors
Datario may rely on service providers to operate the service. The expected architecture currently includes Supabase for authentication, database, or storage where applicable; Google Cloud for backend or infrastructure where applicable; Stripe for payment processing when enabled; and Lovable for frontend or platform services where applicable.
8. International Processing and Transfers
Infrastructure and service providers may process data in different jurisdictions depending on the final configuration. Transfer disclosures reflect the deployment in use and the relevant customer jurisdiction.
9. Security
Walfia.ai intends to use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No unbreakable security, specific encryption implementation, or compliance certification is promised here.
10. User Rights and Contact
Privacy rights vary depending on applicable law and jurisdiction. Requests can be submitted through the contact channel published by Walfia.ai for Datario.
11. Policy Changes
This policy may be updated as the product and production configuration change. The effective and last-updated dates identify the currently published version.
